Grease went well last night, we all had a hoot! The audience is responding well to the show and hope they still love it for a lot longer yet!
It was great to meet some new people in the audience, of which I met quite a few last night.
It's bizarre to meet so many people from such different backgrounds, each with very interesting stories to tell... Backpackers, tourists, locals and even a newspaper columnist and an escort! You never know who you might find at the Imperial!
Of course, every one of them was invited to the Stonewall Hotel to watch A Dummer Shade of Blonde and Rough Trade Hers so we can catch up again and chat some more..
Speaking of Stonewall Hotel - This week's Saturday show at Stonewall has been moved a day forward due to a double booking with a cast member, so we will be on stage tonight. It will be interesting to see how the audience reacts to our show, though I think on the most part, Friday and Saturday night crowds are much the same..
On a totally unrelated topic, my Macintosh Computer order that I have requested from a particular company, has caught a snag. As they cannot carry through with the order (reasons far to complicated to get into on here), I'm back to square one to find a seller/reseller.
I have made some enquiries with a few companies, and will now await their response to see who I order with..
Damn it, I want my shiny new laptop and I want it last week! (I'm an impatient queen sometimes...!)
